I'm about to whine.. so if you don't want to hear it... then don't read my fucking blog.
Today was the second to last day before graduating Combatives Lvl I. The one thing I've been saying consistently through out training is that I really am getting too old for this shit. All the tossing and twisting and generally beating each other up is taking its toll. Well today... yeah. At one point there was three of us battling it out on the mat and my dumb ass ended up at the bottom and while trying to wiggle my way out got hurt. Apparently the WHOLE room could hear the popping and cracking from my chest where the doctor thinks I either seperated a rib or cartlidge from the sternum.
So needless to say I'm hopped up on pain meds, snuggling with a heating blanket, and chillin in a recliner because laying down hurts really fucking bad. The recovery process should be painful and a lot of fun

I'll be going to Korea here in the next few months and then after a little stay over there I'll be moving to Tacoma, WA. Fun times!!
Tomorrow would have been my Dad's 63rd birthday and this will be our first Thanksgiving without him.
I thought I'd be able to handle it better than I am.. and jan will only be worse.
I have a few friends coming over for dinner tomorrow.. pretty excited. We're doing a cook whatevers in the fridge/cabinet turkey day. Who really cares about a traditional meal??!! As long as you spend it with your family and friends and be thankful thats all that matters!

So October was an incredibly busy month for me and I'm glad its almost over. I really do need a vacation immediately, but I'm torn a few different directions...
I pre-ordered the new WoW expansion.. so excited!
Other than that.. nothing really going on. Its getting cold outside and I fucking hate it... I hate being cold so I'm going to be miserable until Spring!

I really wish these people would make up there mind on where I'm being transferred to. I'm not holding my breath any longer and I won't believe shit until I see it in writing. 
Got the offical word a couple of days ago, no Germany. What now you ask... who knows.
