normally darth stands near my computer and watch me work. our company gave everybody from our department a little star wars figure - i have no idea why! maybe there's a tiny camera inside and our bosses controll us!
(my bf got the emperor but he looks quite boring. not as cool as my darth, hah! )
Yes. To the right of the Viggen is a T-33 (with tip tanks), and an F-86 (possibly Canadian, judging by the markings) and an F-5/F-20 (camouflaged).
The beast to the left of the Draken is an Su-25.
There are heaps of them, so I'm not going to lecture you any more than I have already But it's a good place to potter about, see if you can work out what's what.
The twin-engine with Belgian markings? Gloster Meteor. It is very Canberra-like.
I like the Bruntingthorpe link; thank you. The Guppy always looks like it would go "FFFTTHHHHWWWRRRRRP" off around the room if you punctured it That's a nice collection; three Buccaneers, Comet, Victor, Canberra, Lightnings, Jet Provosts, Sea Vixen, Iskra, two Hunters... I'm not sure about the twin-piston, it's a Lodestar or something of the sort. I think the natural-metal swept-wing jet is a Mystere or one of its relatives, but I am not certain. It's too blocky for a MiG or a Sabre. (Miserable website, though...)
Yeah, i've got a sony ar21s, or something. It's basically a massive shiny vaio with 17" full HD screen, blu-ray, 512mb nvidia graphics card, twin hdd's and other funkiness. It's about 18 months old now though. The downside it that it can only take 2Gb ram max, which means i'll probably only last another year with it. The build quality is excellent though, it's a nice machine.
