Hmm...it's been awhile since I've written a blog. Not that anyone reads it necessarily, but whatever. It's time for an update.

Work: I still work at VRP. I'm the office manager, which really just means office bitch. Still love my job though. I love the people I work with, everyone is really awesome. It's been a little stressful lately, with the economy being the way it is, but it's fine.

School: I go to school full-time. I'm going to be an LVN. I'm taking Pre-Calculus, Human Development, Medical Language, and Beginning Word Processing (this class was so I was full-time, it's a dumb easy A class). I can't wait to graduate college.

Everything else is going really well. Making new friends, hanging out a lot. I'm trying to move back out of my parents house. I want to live somewhere downtown. It would be closer to work and school. I would also be able to have people over. I don't know, I'm 21, I should not be living with my parents still. Seriously. I shouldn't have moved back in.

Right now, I'm just trying to figure out what I want to do with my life and who I want to be. It's some tough stuff. I've been putting it off for awhile. I don't want to think about the future too much. It's so daunting. But, eventually, I will have to figure it out because I can't stay the same for the next 60 years. I have to grow up eventually.

Hells yeah, Obama has been sweeping elections by large margins. Being voted for by white and black people.

What are you going to do now Hillary? You changed your campaign manager and loaned your campaign $5 million. Everyone can see you're freaking out a little bit.

I'm excited about this presidential election. The Democratic race is really close and kind of a nail-biter, as opposed to the Republican race.

So Hillary may have won California, but it's still a close race. I really hope that Obama wins this democratic nomination. I think he's the most likely to bring the country around. I'm also a little worried that some stupid redneck is going to assassinate him. I'm sure there are some people in this country that are ready for an African-American or woman to be president. I think we are, and I also think that this is the year for the Democrats to take over Washington. As a country, we really need to repair our ties with the rest of the world. People in other countries are heavily interested in the elections this year, hoping that the next president isn't such a douche bag.

I need to have a party. I miss having parties or get-togethers, if you will. Me and Quirky need to get Rock Band so we can have awesome parties. Imagine this, Rock Band, lots and lots of alcohol, and of course, me. It would be pretty kick ass. I so want Rock Band now though. I never thought I would imagine paying that much money for a game, but it would be worth it. =)

In other news, I'm at work. It's boring and I'm cold. I bought a new bra though, which looks amazing.

Wow....for the sake of privacy and dignity, I won't say too much about tonight. It was definitely not what I was expecting. Bowling is awesome, Rock Band makes my panties wet, and I had a pretty good time. I met some awesome people, hopefully, I made a good impression. That's always up for debate, it all depends on what kind of mood I'm in.

Last night, however, is a different story. No dignity there. I drank a nice amount of alcohol and got laid. It was awesome. I also bought some stuff for later. One of which is some nice body dust. It's delicious and comes with a feather.

My weekend was fun, the Super Bowl is tomorrow, which isn't exciting at all. But I had an awesome time with people.

God, school has had me super busy lately. I'm so tired. Today I had school from 8:40 - 10, work from 10:30 - 4:30 and school again from 6 - 8:50. I'm so tired. I haven't been home since 6:30am, which is the time I have to leave to catch my bus. Damn public transportation.

So, this guy from New Years called me. Me and my best friend Quirky went out to a bar for New Years. I was mainly out for a good time, have a few drinks and ring in 2008. While we were there, I met this guy Rich. He bought me a few drinks, we danced, and kissed at midnight. That's all fine and dandy, except I had no intention of ever seeing him again. He lives in Los Angeles, which made my plan seemingly perfect. Anyways, so I get this call from 310 number around 8. Guess who? Rich. Apparently he got my number, which I don't recall giving to him, but that's okay. He was like we should hang out again, we had so much fun that night and I'm back in town.

Oy. Seriously, what was he expecting? That because we danced at New Years that we would hook up again? I mean, come on be realistic. If you had actually been there, you could tell by the things I was saying that I was planning on never seeing him again. He kept mentioning things in the future and I kept talking about the very present. I never suggested that there would be more. He's really not my type and he's old enough to be my father. I'm 21, he's 42. It was just fun that night and I was bored. He's 42, he should be able to understand this. Am I just being a bitch, because I felt like I was pretty decent and did not lift anyone's hopes up.

Oh well. He's gonna call tomorrow for no reason other than the fact that I told him I was busy and couldn't talk. Time for our middle-aged friend to face the music.

I start school next week. I will be in school 6 days a week. I have 4 classes:

Introduction to Psychology
Medical Language for Health Care Providers
Pre-Calculus
Human Development: A Life Span

Two are prerequisites for the nursing program at Sac City College. One is a graduation requirement for the nursing program. And my pre-calculus class is because I'm good at math and I find it to be quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, I could never be a math major because you can't do anything with it and I don't want to teach high school math. Eh.

I'm looking forward to my busy schedule.

It's not THAT busy, but busy enough. I won't have time to date and I'll barely have to time to hang out with friends with all of that and studying and homework. Geez, I'm going to be so dull until May.

Ugh. Finals. I have completed 3/4 finals. My anatomy final is tomorrow and right now I'm studying for it. I have my final grades for three of my classes.

Nutrition: B - It was an online class. I wasn't trying that hard.
Sociology of Aging: C - I really didn't want to do anything in this class. Also an online class. I just hated it, seriously.
History of the US (1865 - Present): B. I was absent and I missed some quizzes. I also didn't talk in class as much as I should have.
Anatomy and Physiology: I know I will get an A. I have a 97% in the class right now. I pass all my tests with high A's, so I'm not AS worried about this class.

Next semester is gonna be greeeeat.

I have Pre-Calculus (easy), Introduction to Psychology, Medical Language for Health Care Providers, and Human Development.

All in all, I really need to figure out what I want out of life. It's one of those really tough decisions. Yeah, what you want should be natural and what's in your heart. For me, it's a matter for the brain. It's a matter of deciding what I want and then making choices that will ultimately land me in the place I want to be, no matter what. I need to figure out what kind of life I want to lead, who I should and want to associate with, and what kind of man I can see myself with. It's all very...confusing. Life has so much to offer and I want it all. I want to experience everything. As of now, I've experienced a couple of things, but not nearly as much as I want to. It makes me wish I were fabulously wealthy, but I know that money is not as important and the people around you. But it makes experiencing life a little easier, financially of course.

So, hopefully I can decide or maybe decide a few times.
