The weekend is here, and I don't have a single plan... After how the week has gone I don't think I mind that at all.

I have the house to myself again for the weekend, and I haven't quite decided if I'm even going to leave it.

If only there was some way to get this whole "Easter" thing pushed off to a more convenient time.

I just haven't felt like writing stuff for other people to read lately.

Admission: I love the weather we're having. Seriously, I love it when things just go totally batshit crazy in the world and nothing makes sense.

Life is good these days.
For a few years there I seemed to be stagnating. Everything that I did was the same stuff that I had done before, no growth, no change, no excitement. Sometime recently I seem to have broken free of that I'm happy to say.

Just got a phone call from Tucson, apparantly the past I thought I had laid to rest has risen once more, like a demonic zombie of youth's stupidity.

Once again there is a warrant out for my arrest, for something that happened 7 years ago. I've gone through steps to get this straightened out at least two or three times now, and every time it keeps on coming back. I swear I'm going to be 50 and still getting a call every 10 years or so telling me that the city of Tucson has found new things to charge me with, and is still mailing the notices to my address in old town (which I moved from long ago) as their legally mandated "attempt to contact".
I'm not sure if there's a reward but anyone who needs some quick cash can call the Tucson, AZ courts and find out if they want. If you promise to split it with me 50/50, I'll even go quietly ;-)

Lock up the women and wine, I'm back.

Ok, I need to be back on site at 8am (7 1/2 hours from now, GAH!) so this will be a quick one, but hopefully fun. BTW, I have no idea what's up with my recent rash of postings. It happens sometimes, nobody knows why.
The past two days (ending saturday) I've been setting up for a rather large fireworks show. By "rather large", I mean that it will lauch from three separate barges, and span about 1 mile of the delaware river. So yeah, it's big.

Here are a few pictures I managed to snag with my phone. I'm honestly a little surpised by the quality.

To clarify, this shell is 12 inches in diameter, and weighs over 20 pounds. It could very likely level a house.

Ok, so I'm more or less fully moved in now.

My new house kicks ass all over the place. It's a twin, three bedroom (one converted to an office), amazingly decorated (not by me), with a nice yard and gardens all over the place.

Best part? My housemate is only in the country for a few months out of the year, so I've basically got the entire place to myself.

Moving really, really sucks.

5:30... I got in a half hour ago, after getting a call at 10:30 that one of the installers didn't show up, so would I mind filling in for him, only 2.5 hours late?
Sure, no problem, and if I'm *lucky* I'll be finished by 4.

Well, I was lucky, but not really... While at the store, my cell phones charger went dead, so no more cell phone until I can replace it and charge the phone. Naturally that needs to be done immediately. Of course, I also have a maintanence call at 10am up in North Philly, and another install to do at 9pm, ummmm, somewhere.
Oh yeah, and at some point I've gotta take a shower...

So, it's 4:45, and I just got home from work maybe 30 minutes ago. This new 7-11 project is *totally* kicking my ass, but it'll hopefully be worth it if we score the full time maintainence contract...

Black Hearts party was of course fun... For some odd reason I can never sleep late when I'm crashing at someones house after a party, so at 7am I was up and looking for something to do, I'm regretting that now.
