A dude got up in my face bitching about a resturant charge. I told him I had nothing to do with the resturant. He continued bitching, so I went and told Nicole (our server) that she needed to handle it because if he got in my face one more time, I was going to hit him.


Luckily it was all taken care of. He apologized for his attitude and all was well.
He was lucky though. Those damn prissy ballerina mothers had driven me to a point of almost snapping...
and anyone who knows me knows I am calm and keep my composure well. 2 1/2 years of customer service at Staples has blessed me with the patience of a saint.
Granted I go in the back room and SCREAM, but I can hold a straight face with customers.



That's about it. I actually look forward to working tomorrow. Peace and quiet...so I can continue reading my novel.
