Well, the girl who just looked at the apartment is coming back tomorrow with her boyfriend to look at it again and talk to us about buying the washer and dryer....so it looks like we may end up getting out of here cleanly and easily after all.

If they sign the lease, I want it in writing that Christine and I are absolved of our lease.
I think legally we are absolved anyway once someone else takes the place, but I STILL want it in writing from her.
