Had a great conversation with a guest last night. It was a 2 hour talk that started with the spooky stuff going on in his room, which led to religion, and life in general, and strip clubs (?) and how to be happy.
All-in-all, it was good to talk to a person who wasn't a total fucktard. That is rare at the hotel.

It made me think though...I need to change my attitude a bit. I am a raging pessimist, and I think that plays a big part in creating my cognitive reality.
Essentially "you reap what you sow" and I sow a lot of negativity.
