I really wish I had money for a down payment on a house...because this house looks like an awesome little place and is literally a block away from my best friend.

The mortgage on that house would be dirt cheap, even saving extra aside for taxes and stuff.

Yeah that would make me debate selling off a few myself. But at that price...well not sure on the going housing cost rates in Ct, but in California that is dirt cheap. Looks like a worthy investment. Good luck on the decision making process!
