Two days of eating much healthier. Today at work, instead of a roast beef sub, bag of chips, kitkat, soda or gatorade and either a plum or some raspberries...I brought a Turkey sub, cherries, baby carrots, plum and jug of water.
I ate the whole ziploc of carrots, then went to enter it into my "Lose it" phone app...and it was 94 calories. Haha. I ate like 30 carrots.
Even after a little cheddar cheese today, I am about 600 calories short of what "Lose it" says I can eat while losing 2 lbs a week. (Apparently in order to lose 2 lbs a week, I can eat 2700 calories due to my size, but I have not been hitting that...except last night. I had two small gin & tonics)

So all-in-all it's going well. No real urges to drink soda or eat a bunch of candy, which is good.

More yoga tomorrow, then lawn mowing. Friday I am picking up a practically new mountain bike from a dude I know for $50. He bought it, rode it for a week, then hurt his back so he is selling it. (Not from the bike, from something else)
Going to get into biking again.

Also sold 4 snakes this week. Already received one payment, and the other one is on the way (money order). He was going to pay with paypal, but his account is having issues, so I said money order is fine.
That's $400 my way. Not bad. (For all 4 snakes)
Still have a bunch for sale, including my most expensive ones.

Also, thank you for all the support. I chose to bring my weight loss journey here instead of youtube because this place isn't full of a bunch of trolling teenage asshats.
The support means a lot.

Glad to hear that the diet is going well, I'm on one as well but mine is due to a health issue. PM me if you ever want to talk about it.

good for you!!!!

if i might give a tip, don't reduce your calories so drastically. eating healthy, reasonable portions is the key, along with physical activity. i say this not because i'm making assumptions about your self control, but because we're all more more likely to give in to cravings if you've suddenly restricted your diet. don't starve yourself, your goal is to be healthy smile

you're using technology to help you, and you've begun a workout regimen. you're making some great choices and i'm inspired!
