METALLICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So friday was the long awaited Metallica show!!!!! I got floor tickets along with a bunch of my friends! fuck that was a sick show!!!!! Lamb of God opened up and christ I would see that band again in a heartbeat!!!! they were killing it on stage! I even got a pick from Willy!!! YAY!!!!!!! I had a couple drinks before the show...oh ya then a few more at the show! for anyone who's ever been to the Calgary Saddledome you know that we call the draft Heroin Beer for the sole purpose you get fucked off a few cups of that shit!!! I took mostly video at that show because I discovered my camera takes gnarly vids!!!! So I got a bunch of us in the crowd.. the boys in the pit oh and my buddy Phillips at the end of the show outside of the dome in a wheel chair!! hahah the poor guy blew his knee cap out in the mosh pit!! OUCH!!!! but thats the chance you take when you in there!
So Metallica turned on the lights at the end of the show and played a few songs with the lights on!!! then it started raining black Metallica beach balls! like I'm talking all sizes!!!! huge ones... tiny ones... man it was awsome!!!!! The rest of the weekend I recovered...after two gnarly shows in one week I need a night of "me time"

Down with the Sickness!!!!!!!!
Well ladies and gents Disturbed rolled into town last night along with Art of Dying and Egypt Central and the show was super gnarly!!!!!!!! Sad I missed The Art of Dying but thank god they come from Vancouver and they roll throw Cowtown a few times a year. They played the Stampede this year which was awsome! I was happy to see Egypt Central play because I've been listning to their tunes for years and have been waiting for them to roll into Calgary. Sad my sis missed them...she adores them too! So we started the night off at Tiff's where we had beers and blasted some Hammer while Tiff rocked out hammer style! OMG that was sooo funny! So we rolled down to the show early because I wanted to catch all the bands play. So we get there and holy fuck there is a line-up from hell!!!! so were trying to make our way down the long ass hallway to the end of the line and thankfully someone reconized me so we snuck in with them. This was the first time I've seen a show at the Round Up Centre... they usually have conventions there like the glorious Tattoo Show or Taboo Sex Show so it was neat seeing live music rock that place! So we saw Egypt Central play and man they are sick live! I recommend them if they roll through your town or city! I just got a new little camera so my pics turned out meh... I can never get my other one in anywhere because its a prof one! So we watched the set then went to meet them and get some autographs after there set. Then Disturbed came on and brought the house down!!! my neck is fucking killing me today!!! headbanging is awsome!!!!! the crowd was great but I had to watch it from the back... I have a busted hand and cant risk anymore body damage! ha ha last pit I was in I got a busted lip and a black eye! So the show finishes and we hit up the casino with a couple of the boys from Art of Dying... christ they are soooo funny!!!! Had some cocktails and played poker! GNARLY! Ended up staying out til after 4am!!!!!!!!! christ and I even made it to work today! weeks not over either.... METALLICA TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!! scored floor tix too!!!! should be kick ass!! I'll post more pics from the show/weekend! everyone party hard this weekend!!!!!!!!

SOOOOOOOOO..... bored at work and I figure I should blog about my week/weekend.
Well last week was sooooo boring! I broke some fingers and had to take a week off of work and relax so I stayed in and watched lots of movies! I snuck out friday for a bit to hit up best buy and treat myself. I got Lady GaGa's album and I f*cking love it!!!!!! that chick really rocks! I saw her open for New Kids On The Block and I was blown away! she is smoking!!! and for the record NKOTB still got it!! ha ha they were my first concert back when I was 7!! so it was glorious to see them again! This past weekend was glorious! I had to stay in friday night because the doc said to take a week off and do nothing so my hand can start healing so I had a couple friends over to play Scene It... that is my fav game ever!!!! not only that, I finally found the Marvel Edition of that game so in a few weeks I'm gonna have a Marvel Party and school my nerdy friends in the game, comics rule!!! Saturday Tiff moved into a new place so we had to party!!! and man was that a party!!! I got smashed! lol.... we rocked out to some Slipknot and got trailered! also went to Vicious Cirlce watched the Flames game and played some pool. Well my weekend started off killer then ended shitty as a bucket of monkey balls!!! let me start!
So sat was mine and Tiff's "Date Night" hahahaha oh man that was a blast!! we went to a fancy place called RAW bar...lol...enjoyed a nice bottle of champange and some appy's. We got all dressed up! boy was that a blast! we ran into an old friend of mine...he sent drinks our way and we spent our time there laughing at his funny jokes. Then we had to book it over to Melrose so I could watch glorious Detroit take another win... lmao some people got sooo mad when they saw me rock my jersey! but hell I <3 that team!!!!! I got trailered of gin and beer hahahaha.. so after the game we got into a cab with two randoms and headed over to Seven...I didnt mind the randoms because they paid for our ride there! So we ripped it up at Seven with more martini's!!! let me tell you! Tiffini makes drinking Martini's look good!!!!!! I went out for a smoke and followed a guy back in... who saw me bit did not hold the door for me!!!! so my hand was crushed in the door. When I walked in I yelled "Hey asshole!!! thanks for busting my hand" he freaked out and yelled at me but when he finally looked down at my busted hand blood pouring out of my fingers he actually said sorry. My repy "Didnt your mother raise you right?? your suppose to hold the door for the person behind you!" So I went back to the table, let Tiff and our Entourage know that I had to jet because I was hurting! christ that was gnarly!! so I went to my friends house where she patched me up! they wanted to take me to the hospital but I was way tooo loaded for that! so she fed me some green and some pills, I passed out, woke up, went to the folks house and my mom made me hit the hospital... waited 6 hrs, almost needed surgery... but in the end... one fracture and my other finger is shattered at the tip. I go back Monday to see if I need any surgery...I HOPE NOT!

Well all my freaks out there! its been on hell of a week! Last weekends gong show included the glorious SG party!! and trust me.. the girls were smokin!!!!!! more cage dancing for me.. man.. I woke up covered in bruises from the bars! hahaha Tiff and I rocked it out to some Manson.. its was.. A MANSON PARTY! (inside joke!) So this time the bar was balls to the walls full!! which is alwasy kick ass!!! I think SG is becoming larger in Calgary.. FINALLY! They had pole dancers.. chicks with flamed hula hoops.. and some fire dancers.. oh ya.. and the Trailer Park Boys came by!!! woot woot!!!!!!! I got tanked as per usual.. lol... I kissed two girls and I liked it! ha ha!!!!! Slammed back some freight trains.. and I honestly had the time of my life! cant wait til next one and everyone better get out for it!
So then Saturday me and Tiff went and ripped it up at the good old BACK ALLEY! thats like our second home! We asked the DJ to play some Danko Jones for Tiff and rip some Slipknot for me.. glorious Slipknot.. how I love thee!!!! so we got pretty tanked and then all of a sudden I hear the gnarly guitar riffs of Jim and Mick.. and yes.. they finally put on SLIPKNOT! so we rushed our ass's over to the speakers and did some gnarly head banging to Psychosocial.. by the way.. if you didnt pick up there new album All Hope Is Gone.. get your ass out and get it now! by far my fav album!!!.... EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! so back to the gong show night.. so we were dancing it up with this girl we met then decided to go for a smoke and as we were getting off the floor a freakin bar brawl broke out.. like dudes smashing bottles over the head.. Tiff was in the front and we rushed our ass's outside.. the blonde turns to me and I was like OMG.. your face is covered in blood.. thank god she wasnt cut open.. then she tells me my neck is covered and my arm is too.. so I check myself for cuts.. nothing.. then I start to freak out because I have some randoms blood on me.. then we look at Tiff.. her hand is cut.. wide open! she blocked a beer bottle for us!!! thats when you know you have a BFF! she will take out a bottle for you!
So that weekend we went from a sexy SG Party to looking like we came straight out of a Tarantino flick... can anyone say Death Proof??? ha ha ha

Well this past weekend was pretty fun!! spent Friday night watching Tiff do a photo shoot.. I learned lots!!! which is always great!! She is one of the best people in my life! Im glad we became good friends.. she makes me laugh and we always party like were rock stars.. hahahhaa.. I will never forget our "punch dances"... hahaha... or rockin out to Tool at the Alley.. christ that place is like a second home to me.
Saturday I went to this place on 17th Ave called "The Ship N Anchor" its a cute lil pub and its a good place to meet fun people and watch sports.. although.. the damn Flames lost that night.. I went there with my roomate Veruska.. shes a Canucks fan so her precious Luongo did another shut out.. she was in good spirits that night! Drank lots of glorious beer and actually woke up without a hangover.. thank god!!! its rare these days.. it seems like if I even have one drink I wake up feeling like a bucket of shit.. hahaha..

Well this weeks been pretty interesting.. been watching the Flames games all week and we won last night YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was my roomies bday so we did a girls night and went down to a little place called Morgan's Pub.. its right on 17th ave.. its a total dive bar but christ its fun! We watched a cover band called Broken Toyz.. slammed some drinks and danced the night away.. I had to work the next morning and let me tell you.. that was not fun with only 3 hrs of sleep!!! So I let some dude buy me a shot and then he tried to kiss me after.. like what just because you bought me a drink gives you a one way ticket to down my pants? christ what is up with men.. or should I say boys??? this weeks been interesting for it.. I broke up with my bf a little while ago so I'm getting use to being single again.. christ.. ever since I changed my status on facebook I'm getting email after email from guys... hey.. so how are you doing.. your hot!!! like dudes are seriously gonna have to try a lot harder then that if they want my attention. I've been chilling with my buddy lots too and he dropped out this "I dont want anyone to get attached and get hurt"... can guys not get it in there head that I'm out there to play the field?? Well my weekend was pretty gnarly! I went to went to the Halloween Hallaballoo party on friday for a bit. It was full of friends, killer costumes, good drinks and a live band!!!!! all and all the party was pretty wicked other then dealing with some high school drama.. had to deal with two very rude people and they opened my eyes to the reality of how low class people can be. Shit happens in life but you can't dwell on the past.. I say pick it up and move on! The band was good.. they did all cover tunes and people danced and sang along. After the party I went downtown to a private party where they shoot movies and music video's in front of one of those blue screens.. it was pretty cool! I went home pretty darn early because I had to work the next day.. gay gay gay!!!!!! but came night and I went down to the dome to catch the Lenny Kravitz concert.. god that man is beautiful!! he is fantastic live! After that I went to the Bull to hang out with my friends.. It was Mr. Paynters bday and it was good to see his true friends made it out for his bday.. I have never seen him so tanked.. he was sooo funny!!!! I was tearing up at his randomness...

I never gamble but I had this wave of luck come over me so I thought oh why not.. my girl Ash gave me shit saying I was wasting my money.. but first spin I got all Oranges and won $57!!!! so I hit cash out and it paid for my drinks all night!!!
After a lil while at the Cage we all wanted to go dancing so we hit up Calgarys best rock bar The Back Alley! did some speaker dancing with my girls.. had a few kisses with one of my gal pals too.. it was super hot! If your looking for smoking hot women I recommend hitting up that bar!!!
Last night I went to the Calgary Flames game.. first one of the season for me.. so I hit up the dome and downed a few glasses of Calgary's "heroin beer" christ that shit gets you fucked from two glasses of it! and trust me I can handle my booze! The Flames won!!! 3-0 it was a gnarly shut out!!!!!!!
This weekend is Halloween and I'm looking forward to rocking out in my costume! get ready Calgary.. Hazzard's on the Halloween scene this year!

I kicked some major ass on Rock Band.. god that game is so much fun!!!!! did that on friday night to celebrate my buddy Banger's bday.. also had some wicked ass chocolate cake!!!! mmmmmmm!
Saturday I did a girls night with some friends.. we started off at this bar called the Rusty Cage.. that place was fun.. good cheap shots!
