Another weekend DOWN
So this past weekend Hazz Mat Worked HANG THE DJ party. That was ssooooooosososososo much fun!!!!. We had the new shirts out and people LOVED them.
When I was leaving the bathroom this lady in front of me was sooo drunk. She rolled her ankle and went head first into the shale rock wall and knocked herself out cold.
I went to her and sat her up and blood was pouring out of her head. Her eyes were all googgly and her friend started to yell at me to leave her alone shes fine. So they picked her up and walked two feet and the lady was OUT COLD.
At this point my model Kidd Vicious was just walking out and saw me with this girl and came to the rescue. You see Kidd Vicious's day job is a Paramedic for the Oil Rigs in Alberta.
The bouncer was with us and we asked him to call an ambulance as this women was totally out of it. What really pissed me off was a bitchy server who yelled at us for being in the middle of the floor and then yelled at the Bouncer for calling the ambulance. She thought they should of just kicked the two girls and the guy out. I said to her "Are you fucking stupid!?" that is all you need is someone dying from head trauma from Chris's bar and you get sued. I then told my friend about his waitress and her shitty attitude.
But all and all Saturday was GREAT! We sold a few of the new shirts and are currently out of the tank tops which is awesome because I am doing a new style for Spring/Summer.
Sunday I woke up early and got my set ready for two of my models. Two hours before the shoot I get a call from my MUA saying that there was a family emergency and she needed to bail. So last minute and I could not find a replacement. Today I am on Facebook and a mutual friend was posting about her epic birthday party and how much fun Saturday was. I don't understand why you would book a shoot the day after your fucking birthday? I had this booked since the fall and both costumes in and ready to go. So guess what? Im forced to push it to this weekend and do the whole set before another set.
I shattered a record too. We've been hitting right around the 4,000 views on our Facebook Page per week and this weekend I checked our stats and we hit over 7,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYAAYAYAYA HAZZARD HAPPY DANCE!

Almost the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAYAYAYAYA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This weekend I'm working on my book and I've got one production shoot. PHEW. I started to write a book for my one year anniversary. I want to document my work year by year in a year book so when I am old and grey I can look back and remember all the babes and bands I had the pleasure of working with.
Just finished a interview with Mutiny Within. Can't wait to put it up on the site. I asked some really rad questions Next Saturday I do my first live band interview for the Hazzardous Channel and I am pumped but yet a little nervous. I actually find that I am more nervous interviewing the babes then I am when I work with the bands. HAHA go figure?
So here is me on set using the LAST of my store bought blood. I've decided we are going home made Hazzardous Style for the next few shoots. I am so freaking excited for the sets we have coming up.

After I announced who we hired there was a wave of angry people. The funny thing was a wack of the models who came to try out ended up added me on Facebook after the interview and I dont know if they were just stupid or forgot but trashing MY company in your status because you were not hired is poor taste.
First I had a cat fight in the waiting room because one model asked everyone if anyone has worked with Hazzard... the room was quiet with shaking no heads and then a client of mine said "Yes I have! I paid her for a boudoir last year and loved her work". Then all of a sudden the claws come out and everyone things its rigged. That client never even made the cut. We based it this time around on your portfolio (which many of the babes we hired have a unreal one!) and personality. I don't want no fucking diva's on my team.
Hazz Mat gets hired to host parties and we are known for being the hottest friendliest gals and guys. I remember when we did our first couple of shows last year the boys were so afraid to approach the gals and I said get over there! They are friendly and love to have fun! The rest of the night the girls rocked out on the floor with locals and everyone loved it.
I can't wait until the Tattoo Convention. We booked our first ever booth and this should be killer.

Holy Moly!
So the casting call was insane! I can't believe how many people showed up for it. There was one point that we were running about 35 minutes waiting time for an interview and there was a lineup of models in the waiting room, down the hallway and around the corner.
Here is a photo of me taking notes with my panel of models.
I brought in Alexandra Melina, Akinna, Zuri Starr, Honz and Madison Raine to help me with the Casting Call. We sat down with over 50 models and some of them blew me away. Some portfolio's were unreal! I can't believe the talent we have in Alberta.
So we found our next wave
I can't wait to announce them tomorrow!
My new shirts came in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got KatNoir to put one on after I finished her Interview.

I just finished getting all my shit together for my casting call tomorrow. I am going to be sitting down with over 100 ladies and gents to cast the next 15 models for Hazz Mat.
I am so happy because I've got 5 of my smoking hot models to come and help me work this. They are also my panel who are going to sit down with me and go over the head shots and interview sheets so we can make the right picks.
I've got such mad butterflies today. I just sent off an online interview with a Roadrunner Recording Artist and I am so happy they are taking the time to chat with me for the site. I'm also prepping my interview for next weekend. This one is a live band interview with local artists and I am pretty nervous as this is my first ever live band interview.... I just gotta remember to BREATHE
In other big news I booked my first ever convention. We are going to be at the Alberta Bound Tattoo Festival and I can't wait for this! Its going to be a long 3 days for me as I am stuck at the booth the whole time but I've got the guys and dolls doing certain time slots for meet n greets. Were going to bring in a big gothic chair for the fans to sit on and get pics with our models. Then we are selling prints and merch. I cant wait for this weekend!
Detroit play this even and tomorrow eve... looking forward to kicking back with a couple of beers and watching them play. Last night did anyone watch the Oilers and Sharks? JTFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that was a good game.
Fucking Sharks are looking so good this year. Like if you look at the stats for points so far there team is dominating it. They have more players in the top 20 then any other team. I will cry if I have to face them in Playoffs again. That will be YEAR THREE for my Wings. Fingers and dicks crossed that doesn't happen.
Flames were doing so good last night then they just ate shit all of a sudden. So Hudler was a good grab from the wings.. he racked in two goals and a assist last night. I am still making it my mission to find him this year in Calgary and meet him.

LESSON LEARNED!
This past weekend was fun. I did this shoot with Miss Nyxx
This was so much fun!!!!! I've been wanting to do a messy food shoot for Hazzardous Material and I wanted to do something outside of the whole "Whip Cream and Cake Box" and we came up with this idea.
It was so neat because we actually froze grape water drops as Miss Nyxx beat the shit out of grape vines. I love the one shot with the grapes on her spikes. I had way too much fun with this babe.
That night me, Miss Nyxx and Aydeen Amore headed out for some karaoke with some boys. It was awesome that my friend and singer of Divinity came out to rip one up. Sean's vocals are gnarly! It was a shit show of a night.
I showed everyone how to do a Grenade Shooter. Next time I am going to take photos of these bad boys because they are so much fun to shoot.
This weekend I am doing another casting call for models. I rented out a hall for the afternoon to sit down with 100 potential Hazz Mat Models. I cant freaking wait for some fresh faces.
Picking up my Hazz Mat Metal T-shirts Friday night. I cant wait for these ones! Its my first ever shirt design and I am very proud of it. Next we are bringing out car decals and a book (sshhhhh you heard it here first).

Things have been really tough.....
I have been having family problems and I just don't know what to do anymore. I got married last month in Maui and my Mom made such a big deal about how horrible it was and that people had to sit there for 40 minutes while we got our wedding photos done and then went off about the food. We did a fondue for our dinner and she freaked out that she had to cook her own meal. What the fuck do you think Fondue was?
So after a solid week of listening her bitch non stop about how horrible my day was I lost it. I told her off. I said listen you miserable bitch. That was MY day and your not going to take it away from me. I had a beautiful wedding. I spent it on a beach with 19 friends and family members and I am sorry you all had to sit on a air conditioned bus with snacks and champagne for 40 minutes while we got sunset photos but that was the plan all along.
Since then I have barely spoke to my mother. My family has asked me to pay them $12,000.00 to cover the cost of my wedding. I have cried more times then I can shake a fist at. If I would of known that I had to pay for everything I would of eloped just me and Doug.
Since then I have barely spoken to my Mother. My sister has sided with her after everything and refuses to back me up. Saying I should apologize. I am sorry but that was MY day and I refuse. If anything I deserve and I am sorry... your right your day was beautiful.
Last weekend was my Dad's 60th Birthday. No one asked me if I wanted to help with the surprise party. What hurt even more was I was the last person to find out about it. I heard about it the week before. I felt like it was a pitty invite.
We get there and never ate because my sis told us she was cooking up a storm. We had a concert I had to work so I had to work at 10pm. They waited until after we left to serve the food.
I just don't understand the hatred I get. Just because I dont have a BA or Doctor in my name it seems that they can't be happy for me. I am constantly ridiculed with rolling eyes and sneers every time I talk about the sets I've been working on and how much I love my art.
I just hope and pray that one day they can accept who I truly am and that I am not that girl next door they want me to be. I am sick and tired of being a black sheep in a family and that only a select few cousins really understand that is who I am.
Days like this I wish I had my Grandmother here. She always believed in me and was the first women who loved and saw my art. She was the reason I could afford my first digital SLR and I thank her every day for that.

I purchased my Detroit Tickets for the Calgary Games they play here. It was so funny because everyone on the news has been all high and mighty saying "I wont be supporting the NHL". Well you ass clowns.. we broke fucking records this Tuesday selling tickets.
I got on ticketmaster at the crack of 10am and within 5 minutes the entire arena was almost sold out for my games. Then on the news the next day.... FLAMES TICKET RECORDS WERE SMASHED.
Goes to show you... us Canadians love our sport so much we cant go without it.
I am so happy!!!! I got in my 5x5 Stickers for my store. They are the same size as a CD and they look so bad apples!
I also just ordered my new shirts. I started doing clothing design and I made a original t-shirt with Alexandra Melina (I havent even told the models besides Alex who was first.. she had to sign off on the shirt for approval before we sent it to print).
Alexandra and I designed a metal shirt for the first release. This one has Alex topless as a cartoon and flipping the bird and across the front it says HEAVY FUCKING METAL. The back side is our site. I CANT WAIT TIL THEY ARE IN! (I haven't even told the other models what the first release looks like so you all got to hear this first)
I've got another wedding consult today. Fingers crossed I get the job. I love doing weddings. They are seriously so much fun and I never stress out during them. My style is pretty unique and I find that most people go with traditional but last year I had 5 weddings and I was happy they loved doing outside of the box.
Then this weekend its a killer metal show. DIVINITY ARE PLAYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They haven't played since 2010!!! so its on like Donkey Kong!!!!
I am super pumped because tonight I sit down with an musician to go over the album photos for his album and release party. I am so pumped for this album cover because I got to do super creepy and dark with one of my models. I am known for my twisted work and I love that bands are eating that up and booking me to shoot covers for the album.
I should be able to share this cover with you SG'ers in a few weeks when they are in from print. I am so proud of this one. Plus the solo artist is a total babe! I've been following INSIDE IT FAILED for a few years now and when they singer approached me for a solo project I was floored!!!!
