I have quit smoking more times than I care to remember. I'm currently in the 'quit' stage. I hope to never take it up again. I've found that reducing before quitting can often help. That way it's not such a major shock to your system when you quit cold turkey. Keep at it. Maybe try and only have one smoke a day. Either your wake up smoke, or your after dinner smoke? They're usually the most craved. Then try and go a day without it
Ive found that putting off your first cigarette to as late in the day as possible usually helps. I find the cravings way worse after Ive actually had a smoke.
