Okay, my Surgery is tentatively booked for next July, 2007. 
I asked for next year, due to work (extremely high commissions for the next 7 or 8 months) and my Surgeon said that was fine, asking me which month was best. I will have the traditional procedure that sews together the two layers of muscle around the perforation, with only a 5% chance of re-occurrence.
So, I can go back to the Gym now! YAY!!!
I can even do Ab workouts, as long as I monitor my Hernia for problems. If my condition gets worse, I can get in immediately for emergency surgery. So he said not to be overly cautious to the point of not doing anything remotely healthy...

Took a full week to get over that flu/cold that is going around, which sucked! I hate feeling weak, or sick... 
Off tonight to a Poker "Home Game", I expect to do well against avwerage players. Playing for hours to take someone's Lunch Money is much different than playing at the Head Table at my favorite Casino.

Dammit! I'm Sick!
No, not the Hernia, good old-fashioned Sickness. My ear aches for the first time in about 30 years, I have a sore throat, a fever, and a general all round feeling of fatique...
Ironicaly it started yesterday at the South Store, where I was working to fill in for someone else who was sick. The problem is that I never get sick, never miss a day of work! But I feel to bad today that I will call in sick at work so this must be something nasty...
At least I have my regular days off Wednesday and Thursday, so I won't miss more than a day at work. I mean, I am making serious coin this month! Instead of calling in sick like today, I'd rather go in extra and make even more...
Gonna make the sick call, then head back to bed...
Update: As of Friday Morning, I'm back to good health!
