So, i just found out not to long ago that my identity was stolen right after i turned 18. So almost 5 years ago. Well, said people opened 2 credit cards in my name as well as medical bills. I also have a few credit cards that are are in collections due to me losing my job 2 years ago. Because of all that i'm more than likely going to file for bankruptcy. Its Effing expensive though!!!!!! How does this make sense, people who are filling for bankruptcy obviously have no money... so lets charge them $800 in attorneys fees PLUS $300 for filing. Does ANYONE have a clue as to how that makes sense!? Me either.... Anyways, i digress, One of those credit cards that i didnt open is suing me. My court date is wednesday and i'm nervous as hell. I was going to go in to the court house today and try to change the court date to a later date because we leave for Tennessee Thursday morning and i work wednesday. BUT thanks to good ol' Columbus day.... The court house is closed. I'm an idiot. I should have remembered to do it Friday... but i didnt. My lawyer i talked to said that if you try to change the date it has to be done two days before the date itself. So, boo... I'm Shit out of luck I have to call my boss and let her know that i probably cant come in wednesday at all. The hearing is at 11:00. Right smack dab in the middle of the day. I just feel so stupid. It all could have been avoided if i wouldve just remembered to do it sooner. Boyfriends upset with me and just all that jazz Booooooo..... On a semi happy note though.... we leave for Tennessee Thursday

I didnt realize payments are recurring. Oops... So, i guess i'll be around for another month lol.

Next week is our vacation I'm starting to get super excited. I'm also kind of nervous. Its the first time i'm going to have to drive 6 hours lol. I mean boyfriend will surely help with the driving also but still... We wil be meeting The S's down there. They have 3 little ones. Its gong to take them MUCH longer than us to travel the 6 hours. So we decided we will leave around 7 or 8 and get down to the cabin around 2 or 3. The S's arent leaving till 11:30 or 12. So they'll get town there thursday night. Does anyone have any suggestions of things we MUST do while down there?

Alsoooo in other news that makes me feel super old... my youngest sister, Emi has just recently got her first high school boyfriend. Awwww.... He's SUPER cute thoguh! hahaha Even our mother was like DANG, He's Cute! Felt a little odd talking about a 15 year old like that ha. He came over to my parents house over the weekend. So boyfriend and i HAD to go visit haha.

Anyone else realize that Christmas is ONLY 2 and a half months away!?!? Holy smokes.... Well, anyways. I hope everyones doing well!

Getting ready for vaca to Tennesseeeeeee!! I'm really excited. Its such a gorgeous time of year down there. Boyfriend and I both are going down there with the family that i nanny for. I'm going to watch their kids one night while the parents go to their Alma maters football game. The other 4 days boyfriend and I have to ourselves. SOOOO EXCITED!



You cant tell me that that isn't plain gorgeous??

Other than that not a whole lot is going on. Trying to save money and get finances in order... BOO.

My birthday was last Wednesday and let me just say it was a GREAT birthday! Boyfriend took me to see my favorite broadway singer, Idina Menzel!! She was in concert here and boyfriend was wise enough to remember she is my favorite and got us AMAZING tickets it was amazingggg. I hope you all are doing well also!

Wow... Its been 3 months since i have updated everyone!? I'm sorry about that.

Well, we just got our tax return a couple weeks ago and we bought furniture for the boyfriend!! I'm soooo excited. Nice new furniture is definitely the best. We also got a new computer. A desk top. No more laptops for us... we dont ever have any luck with them.

Also, do you guys remember my best friend who married the emotionally abusive guy? Well i havent spoken to her in a long time. She texted me today. She apologized for everything and how our friendship just randomly ended. Tomorrow we're meeting for lunch at 12:30. I'm nervous... but kind of excited. I dont expect our friendship to be anything like it use to be. But seeing her and just catching up will definitely be nice. I will let you all know how everything goes.
