I just saw the movie Tattoo Nation. It's a must see for anyone who loves tattoos. Great look at the history and influences of what is being tattooed today. Simply amazing...
It's been a while since I've posted anything here. Sorry for the neglect. I have been so busy drawing and writing that I have failed to update properly. I'm still working on my upper arm, and have at least 1 more sitting before I can even think about calling it done. I got a few shots of the new addition to my armor.

Finished my 4th painting tonight. Titled "Life & Death". Inspired by Halloween, depression and intimidation. The rose was the intimidating part. I really didn't think I could pull it off. I may change the background a bit, but I'm really liking the all black background...
Finished a new painting tonight. Once again it is acrylic on 11x14 canvas. I did quite a few things differently this time, still learning as I go. Total time for this one was around 20 hours. I titiled it Flux for two reasons. 1 a friend mentioned Aeon Flux when he saw a picture of it unfinished, and 2 because I changed the iris and pupil 5 times during the process of finishing this piece. Flux is a constant state of change, so I think it fits rather well...
