Hey I renewed!

Life is currently awesome. I'm healthy for the first time in forever. Running and working out all the time. 17 lbs down in a month. Really feel great.

The big news though: I'm moving to Seattle in the summer with one of my best friends. Going to move there soon after I go to the wedding of one of my high school friends. It'll probably be the last time all of my high school friends and I actually get to hang out before we all go our separate ways. It'll be bitter sweet though because Seattle has always been my goal city to live in. I'm really looking forward to it.

So yeah life is great and I'm glad to be back on here finally.

So, my birthday was fucking great. At midnight 80s Transformers was on that hub channel, followed by 80s GI Joe, and Batman: The Animated Series. So I was nerding out hard the second it became my birthday. Good way to start my 26th year alive.

Woke up and went to Toys R' Us where i bought the rare Masterpiece Rodimus Prime that I've been trying to find for a while. Then, I went to B&D Comics and bought a ton of those new DC Comics reboots. Came home to eat lunch with my dog Max. Turned on the tv, BOOM Two Stupid Dogs was on. Laughed my ass off enjoying that.

So for part 2 of my birthday I decided to go visit an old friend of mine in Greensboro. I met him at ACME Comics for even more nerding. I bought a Hellboy TPB, Megaman TPB, and a couple more single comics. Then, we went back to his place and hung out for a while before going to get food at my favorite fast food place ever, Zaxby's. We don't have one less than an hour away from my house so I love every chance I get to go. Went back and hung out with him and his roommate for a while. Drank some beers and whatnot. Then finally when I went home, my mom was waiting up with a chocolate cake with a big red dragon on it haha.

My life is awesome. OH! Thanks for the birthday wishes.

SIDENOTE: The Marty Mcfly NIKE MAG's from Back to the Future 2 are officially coming out sometime very soon. Power-laces and lights included. Nike is having some special BttF event tonight by invitation only and Michael J Fox is going to be on Letterman tonight. They released this teaser trailer 2 days ago.


I can't wait to buy these shoes. I've always wanted some.

job searching sucks. i can't find anything for my degree. sucks butts. i have a feeling that i'm going to just become a trucker or something just to stop looking. those trucker jobs are everywhere and i love traveling, staying in hotels, and seeing new places. maybe i'll do it?*

oh btw i decided to get a motorcycle. that's my new plans. i've been researching the shit out of motorcycles for like two weeks now. completely obsessed. i should probably get a decent job first though lolz. this helmet was my inspiration to do it.

i'm a little into macross/robotech so this helmet is fucking amazing. it's on sale 30% off making it $373 with shipping. i think i'm just going to have to buy it so i dont end up paying over 500. the yellow one is slightly cheaper but i think matching a bike's colors to it would be a lot harder. i really cant make up my mind, the yellow one is my favorite character's helmet but he dies and the guy with the red one is this bad ass main character.

i put a poll up on facebook, it ended up being almost even with 6 for yellow and 8 for red.

any opinions?

only took me 8 hours to beat portal 2. did everything myself. didn't have to look up anything. was hoping for more. then again, it was all fucking hilarious and i know i'll be playing through multiple times. the ending was great too. good all around. i just wish they had those challenge modes that the first one had to give me something to do other than the campaign.

Well I was going to go to bed, and then I saw that escape from l.a. was on hbo. Of course, I had to watch the entire thing.

Figured now is as good a time as any to give an rl status update.

I've been completely done with school for a little while now. Not much has changed though, still looking for jobs in a bunch of places. Raleigh NC, Johnson City TN, Seattle, or New York. I'm pretty much just waiting to get the ok on a job and I'm moving to wherever it is. That freaks me the hell out. If anyone knows of a computer technician job somewhere though, let me know.

Gaming wise, I beat the shit out of dead space and was working on dead space 2 on the hardest difficulties of course. /epeen. I was nearing the end of it and suddenly my brother texts me that him and a friend are going to start up Final Fantasy XI. Yes, the mmo one. The one I played for 5 minutes 6 years ago and decided that it was awful and I'd never play again. Well, I'm hanging out with them watching them install and his friend goes, "hey, if you'll play, I'll buy it for you." of course I say, "fuck it, why not?"


Turns out, I fucking love this game. It feels like Everquest when it was in its prime in 99-01. Somehow FFXI has managed to not fuck itself up like wow did. Being out nine years and still being good is a huge accomplishment. I'm having more fun leveling up my character than I've had since vanilla wow. It's so much more difficult and enjoyable. I have to say though, starting out, it's the most overwhelming game I've ever played. I mean shit, there's nine years of updates and expansions. There are so many options for things you can do. My brother is still level 18, leveling multiple characters and trying to do every quest he can. Our friend is 30, he's leveling up his first advanced job right now and I think it's like 15. Me, on the other hand, I've unlocked 4 advanced jobs. I've got my Dragoon/Warrior at 36 and multiple other classes leveled to about what theirs are. We're having a ridiculous amount of fun. We've been LANing every night at my brother's place. Junk food, video games, and sodas, it's fucking great.


Well, since another commercial is on for Game of Thrones, I'll discuss what I thought of that first episode.

HOLY SHIT BOOBS! That show had a RIDICULOUS amount of tits and nudity. I definitely didn't picture that much nudity when I was reading it.

The casting is fucking tremendous. Everyone is fantastic, although, I hate the king's son Joffrey. I wanted to punch him in the face from the second I saw him. The rest of the content I thought was pretty accurate for the most part. It felt so rushed though. Not in terms of quality, but in the actual content. They rushed through so many awesome things and didn't stop long enough to emphasize them. I don't think people are going to be emotionally involved in it at all if they keep that up. I'm assuming it's because they needed to get the beginning out of the way to push through the early parts of the story. Maybe it won't feel like that after this first one. At least, I hope so. My only actual problem with changed they made, is the end of the wedding day of Daenerys and Khal Drogo. I won't ruin anything as maybe they will touch on it later. Anyone who read it will know what I'm talking about hopefully. Anyone else have a problem with that?

Anyway, bed time... or, it would be if this random Peter Sellers movie that I've never heard of called, "The Party" didn't just come on. I really need to get some of that self control I'm always hearing so much about... Oh man this is super racist. I have to watch it.

holy shit i just made an amazing fucking burger. this thing was the best fucking thing i've ever eaten. i could make a restaurant chain strictly based on this burger. the thing will make you cum all over yourself. amazing.

also i got my certificate in pc upgrade and repair today as well as finally applying for graduation and signing up for the graduation test shit.

today is a good day. now i'm going to let the itis take me over and sleep till raid time at 7pm. i'm the gm and i gets shit done.

This year, I think I probably accomplished way more than I ever have. I got a lot of RL achievements this year. I finally finished school. I got another achievement that's pretty dirty... fucking awesome though. One of those things every guy wants to do at some point and usually doesn't accomplish it.

Now all I have to do is find a real job and move out. Too bad I am fucking awful at making myself do anything. This is where I somehow need to pull it all together and get out of here anyway. Leave this city for good. Start my real life after a quarter of a century spent tranquilized by free food and money. It was a good run though.

I refuse to say this is my new years resolution though, because those are stupid.
