I'm no good at this blogging lark, really I'm not. It's been, what, four weeks since I last posted one? Bah.
I went to a friends house-warming weekender last month, which was all kinds of fun. Got drunk, ate barbecued dead things, greek salad and chocolate covered strawberries, had some fun lightsaber fights and talked and laughed with some very good pals.
One of them had bought me a birthday present and I finally got to open it...it was a replica poster of Hammer Studios Countess Dracula, reproduced as a metal poster! It's lovely! One of my favourite Hammer films, starring the gorgeous Ingrid Pitt and I get to have the poster on my wall forever! Ace!
I spent a few days last week helping Mum sort out the garden. We've got a load of fir trees in our back garden as a hedge., and they needed trimming back desperately. Mum started off, but she cut the cable on the small hedge trimmers, so I sent her indoors and took over with the big set. It didn't take long and now they're done until next summer! Gave the grass it's penultimate mow of the year. Fingers crossed there's not much rain so it doesn't grow too much!

I had today all planned out. I was gonna spend the morning being a bum and lazing about, then I was gonna shower, make the flapjacks for tomorrow then pack. Alas, things did not go according to plan.
I got a phone call at about 11am from my mate, telling me him and his lady were on their way to mine! I had to jump in the shower double quick then attack my room as it was a leetle beet of a mess.
Spent the rest of the day watching movies (I'd forgotten how much I love Se7en) and watching Fran (afore mentioned lady) draw me a picture as a late birthday present. Tis a pretty fae-goth girl, standing on the sea shore on a mildly stromy day, and tis very pretty.
I ended up baking at about 7pm, and am gonna rush around and pack in the morning. I don't why I bother trying to pack the day before I go anywhere, as I always end up doing it the day I go anyway!
Am off to visit a friend for his housewarming tomorrow. Loads of folk off a forum I'm on are going, as that's where I know him from, and there'll be loads of lightsabers there! Am gonna take my camera and get some piccies!
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend.

Today is my one hundred and eleventh birthday!
Alright, it's my 28th. Going by me presents, this years theme is Transformers! A t-shirt, a PS2 game and a toy lol plus I got a couple of pairs of jeans, Casino Royale DVD and playing cards and Dr Syn novel. Not bad at all!
Other than the birthday happies i've not been too bad of late. Had a bit of a verbal tussle with my psychiatrist last week about my meds but I'm seeing my GP tomorrow to sort it out. Going out later with mah buddy Andrew for drinks and whatnot which'll be funtastic. Might go and see Transformers again. Dunno yet though.

Well, again I've been slack with the updating! I was gonna try and get the video blog thing working but I forgot >.<
The past few weeks have been rather busy and stressy. My Aunty is moving in with my Grandad and I (with most of our other relatives) have been helping her sort through her things and get them packed AND helping Grandad sort through his things and get them chucked out ready for my Aunties and cousins stuff to be moved in. This week has been moving week and we've been lugging and hefting cardboard boxes so much that I'm begining to feel like a fork lift truck! Ma and I have got half my aunties things living in our shed until her and Grandad get the first half of the move organised.
I bought another lightsaber! I'm such a geek
I got Anakins one from Revenge of the Sith (the one that Obi-Wan gives Luke in ANH) and now have Vaderkin: Before and After, in lightsaber form!
