Ok so its been a while since i was last on SG and thats due to a slightly fucked up computer and also having to deal with the complexities of Myspace and Facebook!
I survived the festival season and am now ready to embark on a European tour with Amon Amarth supporting Dimmu Borgir which should be fun. I will be guest Bass player for the first part of the tour for Amon as Ted the main bass player will be away on paternity leave. Once he returns, i shall be able to resume my technical duties and stage manage as always!
I have a few days left at home in London before i fly out to Stockholm for rehearsals and then on to the first show in Holland. I doubt that i will have much time for internet sillyness but will try my best to keep friends updated.
Myspace is usually the best way to get my attention but please feel free to contact me on Facebook as i have just started using it. Just look for Stephen Drennan!

Well, the summer festival season is almost at an end and i only have 2 more left. Next week i will be back in Germany with the mighty Amon Amarth for the Viking Special show at Summerbreeze and the week after i will return to Norway for the Hole in the Sky festival with Immortal.
Its been good, its been long and i was hoping for a short break to have some more ink done but i may have to head out to Sweden for some rehearsals before the Dimmu Borgir/Amon Amarth european tour which starts in September.

Having just flown to NYC and LA in the last 5 days, i am now back home in London and about to leave for Slovenia.
Am currently working with Norwegian Black Metallers Immortal on the Festival and show run and will be with the guys until mid August.
After that i finally get to have a bit of a break before heading out on tour With Amon Amarth for 6 weeks
Will be nice of course to see some of my SG friends along the way and drop me a line if you are coming to ant of these shows!!
At some point during all this i have to find time to finsh recording my bits for the new Locus Album and hope to be out on tour later on this year.

Just a quick update, all is well with the Testament tour so far apart from the sweltering heat and long drives. The UK shows start today in London, Bradford and Dudley and then its off to southern Spain for some real skin burning.
On a brief note, i shall no longer be performing with Bordel due to let say Artistic reasons and also my hectic work schedule to be fair.

Ok, like almost everyone on SG, am late in posting any updates and i offer no apologies
Have been busy with Tour work and am pleased to say i will be out with Old School Metallers Testament later on this month in Europe and hopefully i will also be able to rejoin Dimmu Borgir for the up and coming festival shows in Germany and Slovenia.
On another note closer to home, I will be back wth Bordel performing at the WitchFinder Festival in Ipswich tomorrow although i don't think i know any SG's from this part of England??? Will have to check!

Well, its Thursday the 8th and i'm about to leave to start the Khoma Tour. So far the band have been delayed due to horrendous problems with the Airport computer system in Stockholm, The driver is stuck on a ferry and i am still at home eating baked beans on toast.
Typical for life on the road and we haven't even started yet!!!
Anyway, the Tour kicks off in Sheffield tomorrow and will then be at Download on Saturday morning. The band show time is 11am on the snickers stage and show will last about 30mins.
