Been a busy week. Tuesday night went on a double to see Jovanotti in concert. He is an Italian singer, rapper, DJ who apparently is huge in Italy. Warm up was Diego Garcia a current flav of the indie scene. He loves himself. A lot. His guitarist and cellist are inspired artists. Truly wonderful. Surprisingly they did a great rendition of Neil Young's "Harvest Moon".

Jovanotti has tremendous energy spent two hours non-stop running and jumping on stage singing in Italian, rapper fast. I was surprised at how crowded the place was, how enthusiastic the crowd was and how so many people knew the songs by heart and were singing along in Italian.

A different, interesting evening and concert.
