I think I am in love

I saw this story on NBC news a while back about a girl (actually a little older that me) who was killed in the World Trade Center on 9/11 and one of the only things that had found of her's was her lap top computer. Well her mom gained ownership of said computer, didn't do anything with it for months and finally decided to see what was on it. One of the files was called top 100 and it was a uncompleted list of the 100 thing this girl wanted to do before she died so I thought to myself I need to do that myself. So here is my list so far

Well since it is the last day of the year (kinda) I must say that the year 2006 has been the best year of my life.

Well I guess we all in the Land of the Rapids have a snow storm story from this past week and here is mine. Wednesday morning I went to work like usual to the mall (Lets call it Flatirons) and like usual I thought this damn storm was going to be a nice lil dumping but nothing to write home about, of course I was wrong. Well as the day rolled on I started to guess that it would be a bitch to get home but ya know I thought I was going to get home. So at about 2:00pm the mall decided to close due to the weather (DUH ! ! ! !) and people started to head out, of course I work for the mall so that meant that I had to stay until at least four but of course that changed. Nobody from our swing shift showed up for work so that meant that I had to work a little longer and when I mean a little longer I was their until 3:30 the next morning but during that time the Mall because a shelter for stranded people along the highway, that night I ate MRE's, I helped pull people from the snow to take them to the food court, and I pretty much just cruised around with my buddy Kindernay testing the limits of our Jeep Liberty (ONLY STUCK ONCE ! ! ! ! ). Well at 3:30 we got relieved by a group of more employees so we got to go stay at the beautiful Omni Hotel and I must say that if I had to pay 99 bucks to stay at that dump I would have shot myself. For such a luxurious hotel it really didn't impress me, first what kind of 4 star hotels don't have ESPN, CNN or MTV and why the hell do they charge .75 cents for local calls. Well after that experience we went back to mall to work but at that time the roads got a hell of a lot better so I decided to go home because I was home sick and I missed my boys. That meant I was at the mall from 0800 Wednesday to 1830 Thursday. Well that's my story what's yours.





Also I have to clarify an item because my loyalty was called in to question so here is where I stand.

Well I finally made it home. Denver was hit by a major major winter storm and of course I got stuck at my job for the last day and a half. Although I just got some hella good overtime.
