Heyho. My roommate was bored and wanted to watch a movie. He wanted to watch The Prestige, but I just watched it less then a week ago, so he decided we should watch something else instead. So we watched The Marine. The WWE movie starring John Cena. My god. It's like they took Cena, hopped in a time machine, went back into the 80's, made a movie, then returned it to modern times to unleash it upon us. Every 80's action movie cliche was alive and well. I probably wouldn't have sat through the whole thing if it wasn't so mesmerizingly cheese.
He is now watching the Suicide Girls on Showtime, by the way.
Finally got around to seeing the Tenacious D movie last night, as I missed it in the theaters (it was there for what, maybe 2 weeks?). Classic. Fucking classic. It was one of the few movies that I actually sat and watched all the extras for, turning into less of a hour and half movie into a nearly four hour event. Obviously, Tenacious D is funny, but the involvement of Director Liam Lynch only helped make it more awesomely rad. I've enjoyed Liam Lynch's stuff ever since I randomly discovered Sifl & Olly at 4 in the morning on MTV years ago, and it's just too bad that his work doesn't seem to make any money, because it's great and I'd love to see more of it.
Finished Crackdown this past weekend. Amazing game, though I really hope they have some downloadable game content soon, because it's way too fun to end when it does. I hope that if you're one of those people who bought it for the included Halo 3 beta that you at least give the game a fair shot. Building a character into a building bounding, ace sharpshooting, master exploding monster of a cop through iron-fisted law enforcement is classic fun.
Oh yeah, my website
I HEART DISAPPOINTMENT is up. Shameless plugging FTW.

I draw webcomics because I'm a nerd, and I like to draw. I used to draw a comic called Entertain Dome for 4 years with a friend of mine. I am now drawing and writing my own comic myself called I HEART DISAPPOINTMENT that I'm finally going to be updating starting this Sunday. I know that most people don't really care about this, or might scoff at that whole webcomic business, but I have my geek hobbies and I have to act upon them.
So I apologize for the blantant plug, but it's the most interesting thing going on in my life right now.

Fucking sweet. They released Borat related themes and gamer pictures on the Xbox 360, including what I believe is the only offical gamer picture featuring naked hairy man ass we'll probably ever see on the Live service. Plus, nothing makes navigating menus more entertaining then flipping past high quality images of his terrible bathing neon green swimsuit.
I'm thinking of seeing Ghost Rider this weekend, even though people seem to say it's awful. Mainly because think the entire concept of Ghost Rider is pretty awful to begin with, but in a way that's totally badass and cool, which I like, and I'm interested in seeing for myself how they handle it. So we'll see.
I just want to stave off boredom this weekend, really. Not much to do in this town, it seems.

So yeah, I'm new here. I signed up last night on a very lonely, blustery, snow and ice coated Valentine's Day and it did quite a wonderful job of cheering me up. Nothing quite gives you that chin-up (as well as other parts), can-do attitude like beautiful nude ladies.
I'm very entertained clicking on the "Friends" link of my profile only to have it bluntly state "You have no friends." Sniff. It makes me sad. Like a sad little nancy boy. But then I look at the nude ladies again, and I'm over it.
So in case you're bored enough to actually be reading this, I'm just some dude who likes to draw cartoons. In case you actually want to see some stuff, I've got a lovely little deviantart account like all the good children. I'm trying to write a full fledged story of my own. Not much done on it yet, but I'm working on it. Going to be posting it here when I get it started.
Other then that, I live a fairly normal life, working a crappy job, coming home to play videogames and watch cartoons with good friends and roommates. Get trampled by their pugs. Occasionally hang out with pirates and thieves. Typical stuff.
Anyway, off to a night full of pleasant dreams and the cozy warmth of the electric blanket. Later.
