So I might be a little tipsy.
However. Today I made a dessert. A dessert I did on my own. It's my god damn dessert. Not the Chefs.
I'm pretty proud of it. It's a "Golden cream and Apple tart" with jack daniels caramel and chantilly. Nothing too special, but I'm pretty proud of it. It was a total risk. I thought I was going to fail, but it turned out great. Everyone loved it.
So. Blow up my ego, but I was really satisfied with it.
We also made a few menu changes. I took pictures...but I'm to lazy to upload them. Oh well. I should..but it's 3 am and I'm pretty drunk. Thank god Lucas is in town.
