Ah the glory of long weekends! I had some time to holiday time to use up before April and so decided to give myself a nice long weekend in which to be as productive as possible.

So, we had our auditions for the newly created lead character in our web series, and despite one cancellation and one no-show things went well, we found our leading lady! Fantastic actress who really brings the character out of the pages and very naturally funny! I'm now working on adding more to the character and bringing her forward in the stories, I think viewers will really love her.
But then what isn't to love about a gamer geek girl who gets far too excited over medieval weaponry? Sorry boys, she only likes girls.
It's also much more exciting having the relationship story around two girls, much more unconventional and challenging for me to write. I just hope I do it justice though!

As today is such a lovely day I shall endeavour to go for a walk, I need to run a few errands today and make an appointment to get some tattoo work done. I'm also determined to try and spend as much of this rare time off writing!
