Boreas is a bastard isn't it?

We just got hit with six inches of snow last night. Now I have to prepare to drudge in it. Isn't winter AWESOME? ok, end sarcasm.

Yeah, the violence thing is weird. I remember few years ago a movie called My Super Ex-Girlfriend came out, a comedy/fantasy about a guy who had a super-girl type for an ex. She would do things like throw sharks through his windows as revenge. A few people pointed out that if this were a film about Superman doing something like this to Lois Lane that it would hardly be viewed as an appropriate subject for a comedy.

There's a movie that I don't know the name of, but it's got Peter Strauss who did the voice of Justin in "The Secret of NIMH" playing an abused husband -- and actually the film probably is a realistic portrayal of the problems there to be encountered.
