So today I attended a pagan celebration of Imbolc and while I wasn't taking part it was nice to be there outdoors enjoying the energies I feel around me as I start to explore myself and really get to know myself,

one of the things you are supposed to do is workout what you would like to leave behind this year and I want to leave behind my extra 50lbs in weight and my sense of self loathing

I feel good today
