Hi Everyone

Tuesday is here and its been hectic. First of all I slept till lunchtime which is never good but I dragged my sorry ass out of bed and thought I was going to be a feel sorry for myself day but I started to kick my own butt so I had some lunch grabbed my exercise DVDS and did a 40 minute workout

Sweated my ass off and had to peel myself off the floor but the 50 lbs I need to loose won't shift themselves

Had to help kids with schoolwork and we ran out of heating oil so had to get some emergency stuff at the shop and the weather was horrendous but I got there

I look forward to tomorrow where I have one workout and then a few hours to myself. Might build some lego or figure out how to shrink picture file sizes
