Now on to the nature of this blog, weight, weight loss, lifestyle changes and general boredom.

I had plateaued at 117.6kg, a mix of wrong foods, emotional eating and portion sizes had seen to that.
I mentioned that I ordered a few books from Mark's Daily Apple, I knew they were coming and I was already aware some of the changes that I would be required to make to live primely. Without realising it the changes I'd made earlier in the year, to the foods I eat and now enjoy has made the change to primal easier.

Mum and I had gone all natural and ingredient aware based on some of the recommendations and some eye opening information that she read in a health report she got from a stall at the Camden Show, I had noticed that there were similarities between the report and primal living and it reminded me about the website and the success I had with the meat and salads diet I put myself on back when I lived in Canberra and lost that 20kgs.

I was 121kgs back then. I realise I had motivation then and after all that happened I think it was good I eventually put all the weight back on again (I went from 98kgs to 120kgs during the months I started moving too Christmas last year, I think anywhere between 8 to 14 months), this gives me a chance to loose the weight again for the right reasons, for myself and only myself. I'm sure I've written this all before so I don't know why I essay everything out like I'm re-hashing an episode from last week! I think it is for myself more than anything, to remember the reasons why I started this and to order my thoughts and feelings about the past.

I wish I'd taken more note of when I started eating primal (DO'H!), it was at least half a week ago, I know not long but even with a very full lunch of steak and salad on board I am 116.kg. I'd like to think it was the change in diet had a hand in this. I had removed any and all grains from my diet and I haven't been taking my metformin and fat away tablets (herbal supplement crap) for a couple of days so they also could have contributed to the 1kg loss. A loss is still a loss!

I've been slogging it out at the HEAL program for 4 weeks now and no loss at all! I know I gained a huge amount of muscle mass and can see a change in the shape of the fat and I felt like I was carrying myself differently, shoulders back, head high etc but felt a little disheartened that there wasn't more visible signs of my hard work. They have another class tomorrow, I just don't know if I'll end up going or just stressing out about a home visit tomorrow to take a photo of a painting for printing, at least I get a signed copy of the print, numbered 1 or 2 in the limited print sequence that will be produced and I've made it easier for myself by getting some greenish off the fellow to bribe and reward myself for the weekend just for going out of my comfort zone to take the blasted photo! hahaha.

I have done some research and found out that it's best that I do go and take it so it comes out the best quality for A1 sized prints! otherwise I would have had to get a crappy photo ready for printing, fuck that! I've still got a shirt design to finish for them and that greenish will help too, it's long and tedious painting work and green helps me just stay at the computer for long periods of time lol.

While I written this I've had past episodes of the biggest loser playing in the background of my web browser. It still makes me giggle and smile at the stupid heartwarming bits. lol.
