I have been feeling a little down on myself lately i gained like 10 lbs since the accident and lets face it i was exactly skinny before it so now i look horrible I'm off work for another 2 weeks for now i leave for mexico in 19 days ! Im pretty much dreading going now any fast weight loss tips ?

Horrible is rather strong condemnation since you're the same lovely and charming person you were ten pounds ago. I'd say forget about fast, learn about proper nutrition, and everything will work out nicely. Starve it off and you will gain 15 pounds in no time at all, believe me. I've seen it and I've also done it. You can start by checking out Gary Taubes, but basically dump grain and sugar, especially fructose. I lost 5 pounds in the last couple of weeks without even trying, which is a whole new experience for me. If I can lose all my weight but continue to exist, I could be invisible and possibly immortal as well. We shall see.
