It happened to me many years ago so I know what it's like. The acceleration when my car was hit bent the seat back and my glasses stayed put when I moved forward and were hit by the rear window while still in the air! I felt a bit odd for a week but there was no lasting damage, so I'm sure you will be fine as well.

I traded my car in for a cement truck and I feel quite confident driving down the road now. Lucky for me that no paranoid residue remains from the trauma.
