this week has been spent running between work and school leaving me very few hours for sleep, studying and any fun.
last night, I had the opportunity to hang out with megze. we went somewhere I was able to satisfy my need to relax with fun conversation and a yummy apple sangria!
I take a train tonight to see my parents and tomorrow were going to maine to visit my aunt and uncle. I hope ill get to the beach, but if not, I will in less than a month.... yay CHICAGO!

So, my first week back at school was pretty fun. I'm just taking Algebra, but it's proven challenging yet not impossible to understand. In fact! the first thing we did was take a test to gauge our progress and ability. I scored high! this is after being a poor math student and 8 years of not taking it. I was psyched. I've over booked my weekend with friend stuff on Saturday and Courteous D's brother-in-law's birthday on Sunday.
I just need to get through tonight and tomorrow nights shift....

One of my bestest friends, MaryAnn got married yesterday. It was a beautiful wedding and she looked like a ballerina princess in her dress. Tell her congrats!
it's been some time since i've made a proper update so here it goes...
my life has been filled with work and school, although i managed to find some time to write a short story and enter i contest i didn't end up winning. i have a million papers due and i'm only scratching the surface in getting them started. usually this isn't a problem since i am one of those people who wait till the last minute. the adrenline of fear and pressure makes me do my best work.... unfortunately, i have to turn in piece by piece meaning i have to structure (shudder) my time.
in other news, why are ticket prices so expensive? im planning on going to see dr. katz live, but i saw joe jackson was playing a week before. i can't afford to see both.
lastly... i want to get more money.
