So, there is this guy. I dated his little brother when we were younger. His name is Tyler B, and he is a major cutie and so sweet. We are a like in a lot of way. Everything seems perfect, right? Well I am moving in 12 days to Virginia to be an apprentice for my friend Jess. I will be showing, breeding and training horses with Jess. I am so afraid to tell Tyler B, cause I don't want to lose him. It's not fair though if I don't. Ugh... Peeps give me some advice.

One thing I have learned is if an opportunity arises, grab it because you may never get a second chance. If romance is meant to be, it will happen regardless. The chance to apprentice and learn may never come again.

If you don't take this opportunity in favor of him, chances are you'll resent him for it anyway. He could also adjust his life to support you.

Well, you can't just disappear without saying anything - so you'll have to face that fact.

Now, you're 18, you've got a brilliant opportunity to do what you like, an opportunity that may not be on offer a second time, therefore you shouldn't waste it. Think about it for one second, this guy is not the guy you're going to spend your life with (as much as you might want to think the contrary) because of your age and the changes that will occur around you, in you and in him as well.

You can keep in touch with him in many ways: phone, internet, visits. And if it is supposed to work out, it will.

Thanks guys... It was a lot of information. I will tell him, I just feel like I might lose him. I know that I have to do this apprenticing thing. I am posting a new blog with updated info. To my crazy ass life.
