So it's monday again and I am up early once more. It has been 29 days, or 4 weeks and a day since I have had a cigerette. The gums and the patches never really worked for me so I just went cold turkey and I have lasted 4 weeks and a day. I was pretty sure that the week i was going to kill someone or someone was going to kill me. But no, am alive and have alot of energy, which is weird, no surprise is that I feel better. NO im not going to become one of those ex smokers who busts my smokiing friends balls. I hate those kind of people.

Well nothing much else, left my band. I believed that we were more an idea of a band cuz everytime I wanted to perform live, they always said we werent ready, and I just couldnt handle that. I love making music and performing music, I just went out on my own, I think that it will be better that way.

So I have been doing this band thing for a long time now and the more that I try to please everyone and compromise my own song (personally pisses me off more than anything), the more I start to think that this isnt fun anymore. I am the only one who knows its going to be hard work, but its supposed to be fun too. When do you finally just say fuck it and go out on your own, It's confusing cuz the guitar player and I have been friends for as long as I can remember and I dont want to hurt his feelings but FUCK I dont want to be stuck in this good for nothing town any more, I just have to figure this out. Maybe its time to go on my own, or just say fuck and find a band that can do the same

okay so im uber tired, i want to go to bed, but im not cuz i have a million thngs to do. My mom came home today from Kuwait and im really glad that she is home safe, i wish that i had more time to spend with her but i have to be really good at my job right now, luckly im off this weekend and it's all about my mom.

Holy shit am i out of shape, but im getting there, ive lost like 15 pounds over the last few weeks, I cut out dairy and have been running like hell, I finnally getting where i want to be physically
