I got so many thing to post in the android forum from what all went on at CES. I have some clever videos I found . I'll reappear once I put the ex on the plane home. I got a few more days breaking what amounts a year and a half dry spell for someone.

The ex is in town. My attention will be focused elsewhere for obvious reasons.

It's Sunday night and no Dexter, Walking Dead, or Boardwalk Empire. Damned I'm bored.

I got a post card from my ex. When she and I initially started dating she was a devoted atheist and Marxist. One day she came to me and said she was converting to Judaism and moving to Israel to join the IDF. Talk about 180. Apparently she's doing well and seems as if she's wanting me to come for a visit not that I could afford the ticket. It was kind of nice to know things were working out for her. I always liked her for her intellect and I still think about her occasionally albeit infrequently. She sure in the hell use to piss me off. But on that same note her adversarial nature still served to hone my intellect to a razor's edge. I'm forced to admit that the balance I was better for experience.

I just found that the legislator I've been working for isn't going to have the funds to pay me. His wife lost her job and they have to pull money that they loaned their campaign out of the campaign fund to cover expenses un til she can get things sorted. On the other hand the think tank I've been dealing with looks as if they might just retain the Academic I recommended to them. In other words. My initiative seems to have legs and will go primetime. The legislator gets his bill, the academic gets his honorarium, and the policy group gets a boost in profile sufficiently large that people might actually give shit what they have to say for once. For me who did all of the work to get this put together I get NADA. Fuck me.

To whomever... whoever... fuckit The indvidual that ponied up the cash for the three month membership, thank you. I can't believe it's been four years... Fuck.
