Instead of more updates on my bad mood, which is probably apparent anyway, I offer new exciting tales of spinning and knitting:

So, I decided to actually make something with some hand-dyed, handspun yarn. It's based on the "voodoo wrist warmer" pattern here on knitty, made with a version of my "rhododendron" colorway, in this case made into a self-striping DK yarn.

The first time I've ever tried knitting with double-pointed needles.



Still in progress. I think it's turning out well
