My boss is the hardest person work with in the entire world.

I spent the entire day today walking behind him rolling my eyes and claiming myself down so that I wouldn't punch him in the face, give him my high n mighty speech and walk the fuck out.

What bothers me is that things are NEVER the same. EVER, not once. You'll not ask a question, finish a job by yourself and get yelled at because he thinks you SHOULD have asked him so it would have been done quicker. The next time, you'll ask him and he'll yell at you and ask "Why do you not know you to do this by now? You've been here for how ever long? Do you NOT know where the catalogs and research materials are?".

And that's exactly how he speaks to you, like you are the most incompetent human EVER. UUUGGGGHHHHHHHH

Honestly I don't even try anymore at this job. Which for me to say is huge because normally I take so much care in what I'm doing. But he does nothing but fuck around with you. One week he'll LOVE you and think you're doing a great job, the next thing you know you're thrown into a meeting and he's telling you everything you've been doing wrong.

He always has to have one person that he hates. That person is usually me but for no reason at all. I just happen to be the person that he takes all his frustrations out on. And honestly, I'm fucking tired of it.

I hear you hun. Know EXACTLY how you feel as Ive been goin through the same for months.

A new position in another real estate office came up...and I had an interview today. They're sending me over a letter of offer tomorrow. If its good..(I think its going to be 5 grand more a year to start)...Im going to take it and give my notice tomorrow.

Dont take it too long. As the song says.. "We're here for a good time, not a long time! So have a good time, the sun can't shine everyday."

Its just not worth it to be unhappy every day. You DESERVE to be happy.. your fantastic.

Yeah that sort of thing happened to me at my old place. Part of the reason I stopped giving a shit anymore leading to me getting fired. Which was excellent for me.

If it gets too ridiculous file a complaint.
