I say the best thing to do is talk to him about it! Usually the stress and worry we put ourselves through is a lot worse then the problem anyway!

and this is why I don't have any friends..I have people that I see once in a while and talk to but none of them see me more then like one time a month if that. I guess really you only way of finding out is to ask..maybe he is just pmsing...boys do that.

What about telling you friend he's being an ass....

As for the boss it's a bit more delicate but you have the right to tell him about the "you look like shit" thing unless he meant it like a friend would...
