Saw the Pixies and Mars Volta this weekend. The Mars Volta were fucking AMAZING. I can not express how amazing this band is live. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Pixies were kind of boring though. I was really disappointed. I guess I just expected more. I'm still sick and still in LA. My band hasn't had any practices in a long time and we have a show this Wednesday (which I'm sure you're all going to, right?). Yikes. Better get cracking!
Being in LA made me realize how much I miss it sometimes. I also realize I still can't live here. The east bay is so much more homey! I'll be back tomorrow, sick as ever!

Sooooo sick. I didn't go to work today. I never miss work on account of sickness. Right now I feel like my entire body is on fire, and I can't swallow. My head is going to explode. Somebody kill me and put me out of my misery.
