So last night at MMA training last night after 30 minutes of training i managed to hurt my knee. I dropped on it wrong and it felt really weird i had to stop training and come home and ice it i woke up this morning and it hurts pretty bad so i went to work and anytime i rotate my leg or bump it from the side instant intense pain. this blows im out of training now for at least a week. which sucks because i have lost 19 pounds so far.
Went for a walk in the cold this morning camera in hand. Walked for 3 hours in the 23 degree weather and took about 40 photos only managed to get one that i actually like.

i know only one or 2 of you will even care but fuck it i achieved my goal last night. in just over a month i have dropped over a minute off of my time in sprints in mma training. i am down to 1 minute 43 seconds. i am proud of myself.
So i have been playing with my camera lately and taking a bunch of pics and none of them are really good. But someone wanted to see them so i figured id post a couple.

My MMA training is going well. I am training in MMA not to fight but to get into better shape and learn some things.
In 3 weeks of doing this i have cut 50 seconds off of my sprint times. Which i feel great about my goal is to drop another 10 seconds. It may not be much but it really does make me feel better.

So I have just joined a MMA training program to try and get into shape a little. It is fun and hard work but hopefully it works.
So great news we have been approved for our new apartment. Its a great place and to celibrate we went ant put a sectional couch on layaway. Things are looking up and it feels good.
