Day number 2:
First off- I want to say I am proud of myself for keeping up with this for more than one day! This is a new record for me. Usually I work out once and then forget about it. Today I lifted some dumbells and used resistance bands for about 20 minutes. Later on I will be doing an ab exercise program. Probably after I write this. Then when husband gets home we will ride our bikes.

Ok, Matt and I just got back from a 2 mile bike ride. biggrin

I've found that riding my bike around town has really helped me. Even if it's just around the lake or whatever it gives ya a good workout without really feeling like a workout. We should totally bike or walk together in uptown sometime!
