Day number 2:
First off- I want to say I am proud of myself for keeping up with this for more than one day! This is a new record for me. Usually I work out once and then forget about it. Today I lifted some dumbells and used resistance bands for about 20 minutes. Later on I will be doing an ab exercise program. Probably after I write this. Then when husband gets home we will ride our bikes.

Just to let you know- I did do the ab workout! And I did the WHOLE THING!.

Ok, Matt and I just got back from a 2 mile bike ride.
