So today is my Birthday. Unfortunately I had to work and that sucked, but afterwards I got to go shoot around and learn some new drills for pool that will ultimately make me a much better player. I'm really beginning to love this game and I finally bought my own cue as a birthday present to me. I can't wait until Saturday because that's when it's going down. I don't quite know what I'm going to do yet but if anyone is in the central Ohio area and has any suggestions, let me know.

Happy birthday!

In college I was playing pool every night and I got good. But I quit for a few years, and when I started hanging out with a crowd that played pool again I felt like I had to learn everything all over. Keep up with it and its one of those lifelong skills. And of course, it gives you something to do with your hands while you are out at the bar.

Thanks dude. I just started really playing about 10 months ago, and I'm just now starting to get serious about and and thinking about signing up for a league or something.
