~ Ran a leisurely Army Tenmiler in 1:28 this morning with Drew, Deb finished a little later. And the morning was fabulous, if a little brisk until the got up a higher.
~ Followed by a decadent breakfast, including milkshakes, to, you know, restock the glycogen stores...

~ And I swaller'd... no... bugs on this run. Which is a trick because Lake Shore Drive in Chicago is beautiful enough to leave a first time visitor's mouth hanging open. I did however eat a Chicago style hot dog and Foie Gras & Fries...

~ Two years ago a cousin was morbidly obese and huuuuuge. But she got the message, and changed her life.
~ This Sunday she's running her first Half Marathon, in Chcago, and I'll be running by her side, as will two of her brothers and a daughter! Oh, and btw, it's her 50th birthday...
~ I'm so proud, I could explode!!!
