I'm so in love it's embarrassing...

My girlfriend came by today. It really sucks that we don't get to see each other that much (stupid conflicting work schedules) but we're making the most out of it. Hopefully we'll get to spend a few days together during the holidays.

Writing is proving to be a major challenge... trying to do 50,00 words in a month. You might as well tell me to climb mountain! (actually I might find that easier... if it isn't a very big mountain...). I'm used to writing scripts, where you use relatively few words to convey what needs to be done and said. Novel writing is whole new discipline for me. Fleshing out all the descriptions and details is a lot harder than i though it would be.

I've so far been trying to do the book in diary format (like Dracula) but I may have to change my plans on that front. We shall see...
