'm back 'm back 'm back!

I had slightly under 800 calories of ice cream yesterday. I was having a very bad mental health type day so once I finally got the nerve to get out of bed I ate a whole thing of cookie dough rice ice cream. I felt really fat but it was worth it I think Speaking of ice cream: if you get the chance to have some green tea ice cream-take it. It's life changing!

I've been crazing meat lately. How weird. And dairy. I dunno what I'm missing in my diet to crave meat but obviously it's estreme, and I think I just need the calcium and good kind of fat from the dairy. (This is basicly a dairy free household since my roommate is allergic.) So. . .. weirdness.

And the day before that I had two candy bars (that tasted like chocolate bon bons! yay!). So I'm definatly not getting enough fat in my diet. Don't get enough of the right kind, your body will go for any fat in can get.

My hair is almost red Tomorrow. I'll try to post pics.

It's so WEIRD not hit save every paragraph so I don't lose my writing! I keep almost doing it! (writer, wannabe author. I think I need to give up and start with short stories).

Wow I just realized I haven't blogged for over a week. I bet those avidly awaiting my words of wisdom just can't deal with the suspense any longer so here you go!
