They're Back!!!!

That's right! Those crazy little monkeys we call students are back by the bucket load!

I spent the whole weekend at work trying to ensure that all is well and prepared.

To make matters worse, one of the other departments screwed up HUGE the other day, and everyone of us is going to be eating that shit for the next three months.
These days I'm just trying to keep my head down and get the job done.

Other than that, life is peachy!

I'm leaving for Scotland in exactly 1 month!

I even have the money saved to do it!

Hope you are all having the best week of your lives!
Today is my lazy day.

But next week I have to get ready for the students.

Not that there is anything wrong with them.

It's just, there are a lot of them.

And they make me a little crazy.
So this weekend is all about... nothing.
So here's the plan.

Have a grand day!

It's over. The event was a success!

There was only one little hitch.

Right near the end, during the speeches, in flies a BAT!

It flies around the room a few times before I get my brain in gear an start trying to chase it the hell out.
Fortunately, nobody was freaked out. Most people thought it was pretty cool.

I manage to chase the bugger back into the hall and close the doors.
Then I call building maintenance. According to them, Animal Control won't do anything unless someone has alredy caught the thing.

So I have to assume that it's still cruisin' the school somwhere.

Other than that. all is good. School start again in 2 weeks and 25 000 students will come sailing back into my life.

NOOoooooo!
So... How YOU doin?

Ok. I'm bored now.

And very tired of being sick.

Seems I got myself Strep Throat.
And cuz I work with the public, (often elderly) I'm stuck at home until I can stop coughing.

Please help me find somthing to do!

I am sick.

And I don't mean demented sick, I mean coughing and sleepy sick.

And to make things interesting, I'm hosting a dinner for 40 this weekend that is going to take alot of attention.
Alas. such is life.
Hope y'all are fairing better.

So, for those of you who are Canadian or Northern US folks, Tim Horton's should be a well known entity.
For those of you who don't know and love this most revered of Canadian of institutions, it is the single most insidious compay in the great white north.

They sell donuts.
Canada is the world consumer of donuts. We have more shops per capita than anywhere else in the world. Tim Horton's alone has 2600 stores in a nation of 30 million.

I personally pass 3 separate Timmy's (as it's often locally refered to) everyday on my way to work. To put that in greater perspective, I live 10 minutes from work.

It's the coffee that makes Horton's (the other nickname) the success. Many people have proposed a variety of conspiracy theories as to why Horton's coffee is so good/addictive.

There are those who believe that Horton's puts nicotine in their grounds to make you what them more.
Other's say they use chocolate to make a unique flavour you cant' reproduce anywhere else.
The truth is.... Horton's makes the coffee for you. You walk in, tell them the size and the ingrediants (Double, double. Single, triple, Regular, etc.) and Boom! there's your coffee. They use more cream and sugar than anyone in their right mind would use in thier own cup. The result? Dessert. No bitterness. Very sweet. Very mild coffee. Essentially, mocha.
The point of this single-minded rant is that I, as a result of working at a university, now run three Horton's stores.

The newest one opens tomorrow and it's all I've been doing and thinking about for the last week.

I am now more or less totally brainwashed by the corporate giant that makes my coffee.
That's about it. I just need to exorcise all the coffee evil in my head.
Hope y'all are all doin' well.
In case this has been boring, here are some boobs.
Things are just plain boring these days.

Gotta save money for the Trip.

Thanks to everyone who suggested things to see and do.

I hope y'all are having more fun than me.
