So.

I have a friend.



She's getting married.



We've been friends a long time and she's asked me to say a few words at the reception.



What I've just learned is her wedding has been chosen for filming by a reality TV show.



So my somewhat witty remarks will not now merely fall on the ears of the 180 guests in attendance, but possibly (depending on the editing) on many, many more.



I'll let ya know if there's any reason to tune in. biggrin



Anyone with any good toasts or ideas is welcome to share.

One of the weddings I went to this year was a fundy xian wedding. The MC's speech was recycled internet marriage jokes "It's not a word it's a sentence" etc. A bunch at the beginning, then two or three between each speech and then a bunch at the end.

My advice is don't do that.
