Sooo....
The dating update....
Going really well! phew! was an interesting start to dating this girl, lets just call her "Trouble" and in the nicest possible way, as I know she doesn't like "Red"
There were lots of questions, about her and me and past and kids and the likes, seems like a lot of ground to cover before a first date but conversation flowed really easily. We both have kids, and exs, and I don't think that kids complicate a relationship, it just means that you need to plan your time better, we're lucky we both have boys and they are really close in age. We both are similar in the sense that we felt stung from having given our all previously and got burned in the process.
But we click, and its the nicest possible feeling, and a click on every level, better than ever before. There will no doubt be "Trouble" inspired stories in the filthy smutty group soon!
First date was people watching at a casino, strange for sure as neither of us gamble but it gave us the chance to walk about and hold hands in relative comfort during the storm that blew in (not a fun drive afterwards for me) We had coffee and dinner and had an awesome teenager like make out session in the car. This was all a week and a half ago, we have been out a couple of times since, we organised a play date for the boys which I was most nervous about, but they are young and built Lego and played cops and robbers. Some may wonder why we let the kids meet so soon, well we feel a real connection, and our kids are part of us, we aren't looking for surrogate parents for them but it was important to see how everyone got along, I guess if you have kids you'll get it if not you may one day. My son meets my friends all the time, and to no ill effects.
Other than that I have very little news and have taken barely any photos, but I'll leave you with a picture of a burger I had, it was cheat day and I was craving a good burger!
Oh and lass is front page! Holy F favourite SG ever - I like to see the positive in everything and I can't help but think that's a good "sign"!

Good morning all!
So a fun weekend was had, I took a long weekend from work, fri-tues off work, I finally moved into the new place that I had to find due to previous dog bite incident. Thanks to Hodor for her support!
It is awesome! its much bigger and only a little more expensive, but I am hoping to get settled finally and make it feel like home.
I bought some street art as well to put up, no pictures tho
I am still inking pictures from my instagram on here, I can't get pictures to uploaded easily from my phone so if anyone can help that would be fantastic!
Also had a mate in town from the UK, was a good catch up and put the world to rights, then went snowboarding up in NH, the weather was great, fresh snow the day before and as it was a Tuesday it was really quiet on the mountain.
P.S having mad picture issues so I'm going to have to try an edit them in later
On the love life front, sort of "met" someone.. we are having dinner on Thursday but so far she is the only person I have chatted too that I find really engaging. the usual smart cute hot funny applies but there is the wee bit something else that you can't quite put your hand on as well. so we will see how that goes, I'm not rushing anything but am excited for this.

Well last night was a blast, Town was quiet due to the weather but had good fun all the same. Speaking of it was decision time, hiking boots or brogue boots?
Brogues won! probably my favourite boots that I dont get to wear that often.
I also got given whiskey

Today I get older, another step, its my 26th! birthday! ahem ok ok 34, but hey ho, only as old as the woman you feel right..... hmm don't have a woman to feel up either! not to worry life is all good otherwise.
I made a new SG friend and she just turned pink, which I gather is rather awesome, and she is gorgeous, so congratulations to her!

Wow, my blog has been suffering, ok it never really was amazing, but it was a start!
As I'm sure you are all wondering, Europe was amazing!! it was so good to see all my old friends and family, I also caught up with my ex, which was probably not the best idea but it was done and now its done done... a virtual tearing off of a band aid, quit facebook and ditched online shared interests, its time I need to start being me and I can't do that without being alone
And this weekend, WTF! my roommates dog bit my son, 5 hrs in the ER and I was pissed fuming angry the works! what do you do with that? Dog has been given marching orders!
