Well I am four practices into Derby and loving it. Absolutely sore all over but that was to be expected. LOL, after Sunday's conditioning class I could barely walk for two days.
And getting up and down was a bitch!
I was a bit nervous about putting on my skates for Tuesdays practice, though I did fine, my legs did not give out as I feared they might. It's great though, I was way overdue for week of lactic acid bliss anyway.
Now that the worst part is over I can start adding exercises at home in addition to the derby practices. I am hoping that muscle memory thing kicks in pretty soon. Now I have to come up with a name, that's the hard part.
