its spring time! change your lips up a bit, like instead of deep red, try a rosier red shade. pink it up a little bit

Try a purple pink along the edge of your eye by your lashes, then use a bright orange to fade out and up. Either use some white yellow or super soft pink I. The corners of your eyes. Pick a shade of blue or green to just barely dust under your bottom lashes... it'll be like sunset. <3 go with an uber pale pink for your lips on this one..

Go for pastel colours pale pink/peach will be great for summer. I use DoubleWear Light from Estee Lauder (Intensity 1). It's the lightest foundation that works for me as my complexion is extremely fair. As for lips, I tend to stay away from red lipstick that looks too orangey/pinky because it doesn't suit me. Go for Clarins Red (from Clarins obviously), it's just right for blondes. Think Gwen Stefani.

I usually do either bright lips and subtle darky eyes or bright striking eyes and neutral eyes.alternating usually works pretty well!
I'd say blues and lilacs on your eyes would look lush with your skin <3
