I would have to say the most frustrating part of being an RA (Resident Advisor) is when something happens and someone questions your honesty in respect to the work you do in regards to interactions with residents/write-ups, you cannot vent and freak out to your friends, and explain to them why you are correct.
SO MUCH FRUSTRATION.
If there's anything I am concrete on, it's that I do my job, and I do it well. And to be questioned whether or not I am lying is like being punched in the face.
Once again, if there's anything I know, it's that I'm damn good at my job, and that's all I have to say.
