I would have to say the most frustrating part of being an RA (Resident Advisor) is when something happens and someone questions your honesty in respect to the work you do in regards to interactions with residents/write-ups, you cannot vent and freak out to your friends, and explain to them why you are correct.

SO MUCH FRUSTRATION. mad

If there's anything I am concrete on, it's that I do my job, and I do it well. And to be questioned whether or not I am lying is like being punched in the face. blackeyed

Once again, if there's anything I know, it's that I'm damn good at my job, and that's all I have to say.

That fact that you keep your calm and don't freak out is good. It is a punch in the face to be questioned when you know your doing your job, just sounds like jealous idiots. Work wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to work with people.skull
