New tattoos. <3 Still crushing on my tattoo artist. I'm thinking about asking him out for coffee-- not really a first date, but a "let's hang out outside of the shop" sort of first step to the first date thing...Thoughts? Is it ever a good idea for a girl to ask out a guy first? Or should I just wait?

I often wish that the U.S. were more like Europe in the area of women also asking men out. Go for it, I would definitely say yes.
